Green Beans with Almonds

The crunch of almonds and hint of honey are perfect accents for fresh green beans. A festive presentation that is prepared in minutes.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 pound green beans, trimmed

Directions

In a small bowl combine butter, honey and mustard.

Boil green beans in water 5-6 minutes until just tender. Drain, put back in pot. Add butter mixture and almonds. Toss to coat green beans.
