Lime Glazed Swordfish

Lime and ginger are perfect accents to meaty swordfish steaks. This preparation leaves the fish moist and tender.
Ingredients
Marinade:
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
4 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks, about 1-inch thick
Directions
Marinade:
Whisk together all ingredients. Pour into a zip lock bag.
Place swordfish in bag with marinade. Close securely and refrigerate turning occasionally for 1 hour. Remove fish from bag and pour marinade into a small pot.
Broil or grill swordfish for 6 minutes per side or until fish is translucent. Be careful not to overcook. While fish cooks, boil reserved marinade for 5 minutes to reduce. Drizzle a spoonful of sauce over fish before serving.
Serves: 4
