Chilled Cantaloupe Soup



Ingredients

1 ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier, optional

Directions

Place cantaloupe chunks in food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
