Energy Booster Breakfast

You'll feel great all day when you eat this satisfying combination of perfect energy foods for breakfast.

Ingredients

2 cups old fashioned oats
3 1/2 cups apple cider
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
low-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions

In a medium saucepan, bring cider to a boil. Add oats, cinnamon, cloves and honey. Simmer over medium heat, about 5-6 minutes. Spoon oatmeal into bowls. Top with strawberries and a dollop of vanilla yogurt. Serves 4.
