Savory Sauteed Mushrooms

Red wine and fresh rosemary flavor these savory mushrooms. Serve as a topping for your grilled steak or burgers.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound mushrooms, white or cremini, thinly sliced
1 shallot, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3/4 cup dry red wine
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and shallot. Sauté until mushrooms brown, about 8 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Continue to sauté until all liquid evaporates. Stir in honey, wine and rosemary. Cook another 5 minutes.
