Berry Yogurt Smoothie


Thick and creamy, this luscious healthful low-fat drink makes a perfectly good start to the day.

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mixed berries, partially thawed (or frozen fruit of your choice)
1 cup (8-ounce container) plain yogurt
1 cup non-fat or low-fat milk
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
dash of cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
