Holiday Fruit Tray

Rosh Hashanah

Ingredients

1 pomegranate
2 large oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
2 small grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
6 dried figs, halved
1 1/2 cups red and/or green grapes, halved
1/3 cup pistachio nuts, shelled and coarsely chopped
4 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Directions

Halve the pomegranate, peel back rind and push out the seeds. On a large serving tray arrange the fruit. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and nuts over the fruit. Cover and chill. Drizzle with honey before serving. Serves 8-12.
