Rice Pudding


Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk scalded
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Directions

Blend eggs, honey, vanilla and salt. Stir in milk, rice and raisins. Pour into greased 1 ½ quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Stir once while baking. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
