Frosted Peach Honey Shake


Ingredients

1 1/4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1 pound peaches, peeled and sliced
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Pour 1 cup of the yogurt into 8 sections of an ice cube tray. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. Puree peaches and lemon juice in processor or blender. Add honey, vanilla and remaining ¼ cup yogurt. Blend. Add frozen yogurt cubes. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Serve in tall chilled glasses. Serves 2.
