Stewed Plums with Greek Yogurt and Granola


Plums in a syrupy sauce served over creamy Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of crunchy granola. A glorious breakfast!

Ingredients

Plums:
2 pounds fresh plums, halved, pitted, each plum cut into eights
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup granola, check in bulk section of your supermarket for granola

Directions

Plums:
Heat a large skillet. Add plums and honey. Simmer 6-8 minutes until plums are tender and juices form a glaze. Stir in cinnamon. Remove from heat. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to use.

To serve, spoon yogurt into 4 bowls. Top with plums and sprinkle ΒΌ cup of granola.
