Whipped Lemon Nutmeg Sweet Potatoes

Microwave Recipe

Ingredients

2 (23 oz) cans sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
3 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Puree all ingredients in blender or processor. Place in microwave-safe dish and cook on HIGH for 3 ½ minutes, or until hot. Sprinkle with a little parsley. Serves 4-6.
