Seafood Kabobs


Ingredients

1/2 pound sea scallops
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 pound large shrimp, cleaned and deviened
1/2 pound swordfish, tuna or marlin, cut into chunks

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey and oil. Add seafood and marinate, making sure each piece is coated. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour. Arrange fish on skewers. Grill about 3 minutes per side or until shrimp is just pink and scallops are firm. Serves 4.
