Crunchy Pecan Pork Chops


Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3 Tablespoons onions, chopped
2 teaspoons horseradish
4 boneless center cut pork chops
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/4 cup white cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a 9-inch square glass dish. Add pork chops, cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, turning several times. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Coat chops with mixture. Heat in a large skillet. Sauté chops for 5 minutes, turn and continue cooking an additional 5 minutes, or until done. Serves 4.
