Tomato and Herbs on Toasted French Bread


Ingredients

1 pound fresh plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 cup fresh oregano, finely chopped
1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 French Baguette sliced in 1/2-inch slices

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon tomato mixture on the toasted bread and serve.
