Chilled Strawberry and Champagne Soup


Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup champagne
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup orange juice
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
plain yogurt and mint leaves for garnish

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve cold topped with a dollop of plain yogurt and a small mint leaf. Serves 4.
