Vegetable Soup

There's nothing like homemade soup chockfull of fresh vegetables!

Ingredients

5 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
4 large carrots, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 (2 pints, 14 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (28 ounce) can Italian tomatoes, chopped with their juices
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large pot, heat oil. Add next 6 ingredients and sauté, about 15 minutes. Add chicken broth, tomatoes and honey. Simmer for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
