Blueberry Peach Sundaes

A great finale for a summer barbecue.

Ingredients

1 cup orange juice
4 Tablespoons Grand Marnier
4 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
5 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 peaches peeled and sliced
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (if frozen, drain well)
1 pint frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy pot. Bring sauce to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add peaches and continue cooking for several minutes. Add blueberries and toss until coated with sauce. Place fruit on bottom of dishes. Top with vanilla yogurt.
