Banana Spice French Toast


A bit of spice, wholesome fruit and a touch of Golden Blossom Honey create this version of a breakfast favorite.

Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas
1 (15 ounce) can peaches, drained
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
8 slices soft sourdough
1 1/2 Tablespoons butter
GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY for drizzling

Directions

In a processor, blend first 5 ingredients until smooth. Dip bread into mixture, coating each side well.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and cook dipped slices of bread about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve drizzled with honey.
