Sesame Super Thin Cookies


Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine, cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Using an electric mixer, blend together the first 4 ingredients until light and fluffy. Add the remaining 4 ingredients and beat until smooth. Spoon small, marble-size mounds of dough onto baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 5 minutes, until the cookies begin to brown around the edges. Cool. When cookies harden, carefully remove from baking sheet. Note: dough may be stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer for later use. Yields: about 4 dozen cookies.
