Herb-Roasted Cauliflower


You won't believe how delicious cauliflower can be until you've tried this recipe.

Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, separated into 1-inch flowerets
4 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Directions

Preheat oven to 500°. Line a lasagna pan with foil.

In prepared pan, place 3 tablespoons oil, cauliflower, rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss until all cauliflower is well-coated.

Mix remaining tablespoon of oil with honey and brush over cauliflower mixture.

Roast in oven for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender and edges are browned.
