Baked Squash

A wonderful winter vegetable.

Ingredients

1 pound butternut squash, cut into 1/2-inch circles
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.

In a large, shallow pan, arrange squash, overlapping slices. Dot with butter. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
