Carmelized Banana and Pecan Sauce

Great served over vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients

1 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup light cream
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1 large banana, sliced

Directions

In a medium saucepan bring honey and cream to a slow boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Stir in butter until it melts. Add pecans and banana and mix until well combined.
