Iced Lemon-Ginger Cooler


Ingredients

1 quart water
1 lemon, cut into quarters
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Directions

Boil water in medium saucepan. Squeeze lemon quarters into water and discard rind. Add ginger and stir well. Remove from heat and add honey. Cover. Let sit for 25 minutes. Whisk thoroughly. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold. Add ice and serve. Yields: 1 Quart
