Cold Mango Soup

Delicious as a first course. For a picnic, you can tote it in a thermos.

Ingredients

2 mangos
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup white wine
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
blueberries for garnish

Directions

Peel mangos. Cut fruit away from pit. Place fruit in a blender. Add juice, wine and honey. Process until smooth. Chill. When ready to serve, spoon into bowls and top with a few blueberries.
