Honey-Mustard Burger

A yummy variation of the traditional hamburger.

Ingredients

6 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound lean ground beef
4 teaspoons onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
4 lettuce leaves
4 crusty rolls, toasted

Directions

Combine mustard, honey and 1/4 teaspoon oregano. Mix 2 tablespoons of the honey mustard sauce into the ground beef with remaining 1/4 teaspoon oregano, onions, salt and pepper. Mix together lightly but thoroughly. Form into 4 burgers.

Prepare barbecue. Grill burgers 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Place burgers on bottom of roll that has been topped with lettuce. Spoon remaining honey mustard sauce on top and cover with top of roll.
