French Baby Carrots


Fresh tarragon makes this dish as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients

1 package (16 ounces) baby carrots
1/8 cup water
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

Place all ingredients in medium skillet. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
