Strawberry and Blueberry Crumble


An old fashioned summer dessert...still a hit. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients

Filling:
2 cups blueberries
2 cups strawberries
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Crumble:
1/2 cup flour
2 cups granola
1/4 cup butter, chopped into small pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°

In a 1 1/2 quart baking dish combine all filling ingredients.

Crumble: Mix together flour and granola. Add butter pieces and toss. Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of fruit and bake for 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown and fruit juices are bubbly.
