Lemon Basil Sauce for Vegetables

Serve over cooked vegetables - carrots, cauliflower, brussels sprouts.

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Yields: 1/2 cup

Saute onion in butter until translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Serve over cooked vegetables.
