Pork With Walnut Sauce

You can prepare this tasty recipe in minutes. Serve with baked yams and salad.

Ingredients

1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

Sift together flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Heat oil in large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Dip pork slices into flour. Saute until browned on both sides and no longer pink inside. Remove to plate and keep warm.

Add honey and walnuts to skillet, loosening any brown bits from bottom of pan. Cook for one more minute.

Pour honey nut sauce over pork and serve.
