Portabella's and Pea Pods

The contrast in color and texture make this a spectacular side dish.

Ingredients

1 pound portabella mushrooms, sliced
1 large shallot, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 cup sherry
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pound snow peas

Directions

In a large skillet over a medium-high heat, saute mushrooms and shallot in olive oil until browned. Stir in honey, sherry and soy sauce. Add snow peas and continue cooking covered for two minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
